Get Ready for Summer Reading!

Keep reading this summer! There are many ways to stay engaged with your reading while we are away from school. Here are some ideas:
Find a book from this "summer vibes" list. All the books are set in summer - some are creepy, some are sweet, some are mysterious.
Try one of the Sora Sweet Reads books. These are available in Sora from May 18-August 24 with no waiting! Available all the time, all summer.
Complete a mini challenge and log it in ReadSquared, our program for logging pages toward a graduation cord. The mini challenge will run from May 23-August 16. There are six options to choose from to complete the challenge.
Join the Loveland Public Library's Summer Learning Program. Keep track of your reading this summer and earn prizes.
And don't forget to log all your pages, whether you read a print book, an ebook, or an audiobook! Log pages on ReadSquared. If you reach the total number of pages required before graduation, you will earn a cord to wear at the ceremony. Find out more information about the program on the Literary Scholars page.
Are you inspired to find something fun to read?
Come in to the library to check out a book and grab a fun bookmark!
OR, Head over to SORA, our online book system, to see what is available for checkout!
You can connect your SORA account to the Loveland Public Library. In SORA, you will need to ADD A LIBRARY; Loveland’s online service is the FRONT RANGE DOWNLOADABLE LIBRARY. Once you add this library, you will have access to all of the audio and ebook resources from the Public Library using your Loveland Public Library card. Come to the TV library if you need help with this.
